CBD Emporium Umhlanga

I went in for a short while, didn't buy anything but just saw the signage from outside and was interested in what all the store entailed.

I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but would like to provide my testimony after reading two other reviews. Both reviews reported an unpleasant experience, and felt that there was poor customer service. Further, one review notes that their questions were left unanswered.

This contrasts my experience greatly, despite the peak of heat on this hot, humid summers day, I was met with a very helpful sir behind the counter.

Upon going in and exchanging our greetings, I was immediately asked how I'm doing. You know, as one does.

Otherwise, in terms of my customer experience further then the regular human interaction of exchanging hellos and how are yous, the sir behind the counter was plenty helpful. Those that know me, know that I am quite curious and am quick to ask questions. I can gladly report that my numerous questions were met with informative responses.
