Selection was disappointing. I expected more based on the size of the store. I was clear about what I wanted and they didn’t have any of it. Ended up with something more expensive that after using for a few days I don’t really like. Prices are also high. Found the same kit I bought for $15 less online.

At the peak of opening, upstanding customer service. A solid 2 stars, horrible experience customer service oriented by the manager directly. As I will clarify, I respect laws and abide, I had broken a bone, so after a month being bedbound goes by I happen to decide to go back to purchase products from this location. Upon doing so my Facebook forgotten as I had to come up another number just like the rest of the stores in the area therefore placing along the line of corporate level terrible customer service spectrum, given had been there numerous times, and unfortunately I hadn’t been using a car having a broken ankle. After the many times of stopping there prior to my injury, I was no longer asked for my ID after the 2nd to 3rd time of being a “regular”. There was a solid 3-4 months I was NOT ID’d by the manager. After stopping in and mentioning after checking all my pockets with the instant feeling of shoot I lost my wallet, I mentioned I could check in my car, all the while being on two crutches the manager enjoyed every moment as he sat behind the counter enjoying watching one struggle opening the door, propping it open with the crutch to hobble my way out to my car, after returning back indoors, I was turned away. With all that being the biggest problem and the biggest point here I’d like to bring to attention to anyone who sees this I find it very biased that I hadn’t been able to physically make it myself too that location to make any purchases however all I was going there as a regular, I wasn’t id’d. Being a few moments from closing he was beyond ready to leave. He then there watched as I headed back out of the store a second time watching as I struggled holding the door open for myself to leave, the cherry on top of it all, it was plenty of time for the manager to make it to the door to lock it before I even made it inside my car but hasn’t a single care to assist a disabled. Will not be returning after a half a year of my service. 0 stars for the employee. Terrible experience, highly encourage a cheaper alternative.
