CVS Pharmacy - Indianapolis, IN | Dispensario di cannabis

Just got home from picking up medication. Stood in line for almost 20 minutes. 4 Technicians, 3 groups in line (myself included), and one group standing at the consultation counter. Consultation counter group had to say hello to get acknowledged. And Pharmacist was too busy chatting about nonsense with an older colleague to notice the line. All but one technician noticed the line and started helping us. Car pickup had three cars going through before we got our medication! Pharmacist finally opened a second line up and told the guy before us it would be 20-30 minutes before he could pick it up when he'd been there longer than us! Literally took two minutes once we got up there. Unbelievable

I am very dissatisfied with CVS. They incorrectly filled a perscription order, they don't understand how their own app works, they do not greet customers upon their arrival, they do not understand questions when asked due to not speaking American English or understanding american idiom. The will not answer the phone at all. I woder if CVS plans to remedy their poor service, but doubt it.
