The worst smoke shop I’ve been too. To start there products don’t even work most of the time before selling you and if you make it out of the store with one that actually works you have a same day return policy only. It won’t make it to day 3. The worst part unfortunately is the customer service I received from the male employee no need to get into it just the disinterest for working at what I think is a cool job is unbelievable. 0 stars.

Have shopped here since this location opened, and pretty much only shopped here. Went in to get a new device as mine was starting to act up. They had one left of the brand I prefer, had a sticky note on it saying that it's not charged, ok cool. Bought it, put it on charge and went next door to the gym for an hour. Tried one of my pods after and it barely works, maybe a tiny puff. Walked back in to see if I could exchange it and I was told I was sol because I didn't try it in the store... Said all sales are final and I would have to talk to a manager to get a refund. But he couldn't get me in touch with a manager...

Michael was unbelievable knowledgeable- patient and no pressure whatsoever even after putting in the time. My faith in pride at work has been restored! Sorry so dramatic- but I don’t often leave a store without buyers remorse- and now I have!

The shop is always clean and I always find the best deals there. When I went there today, the district manager of the store, was very helpful. He told me all about the current deals they were having and he was just a super positive person.
