I was having a bad day, and the moment I walked into Greenlight Bannister, Becky completely turned it around. She greeted me right away with a warm smile and genuine kindness. I was having issues with my debit card, and she stayed patient the entire time while helping me sort it out. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed—just handled everything calmly and professionally. Rebecca is definitely a problem solver and was truly my hero of the day. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Samantha was terrific, I was there to get recreational things for my wife and I but was looking for guidance in getting something for a friend of ours who is losing her battle with cancer. Our son works for Vivid/Lush Labs and gave me a couple of suggestions and Samantha discussed those options with me and I felt very comfortable with how she explained the product. White older male manger with glasses probably shouldn't be in customer service. Refuse to add discount, wouldn't even try even after I told him you guys do it every time. I went to a different location and discount was added no problem.

Pulled up and did my order online. Went next door for a chicken sandwich and then my order was ready! In not even 6 minutes! And omgg can we talk about the beautiful lovely lady that checks the ID’s. So lovely and made me feel so welcomed

Tyler at Greenlight was an absolutely phenomenal bud tender! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! She went out of her way to show me multiple products, without hesitation, and answered all of my questions. I would come back to this store over and over just for her!
