I was having a bad day, and the moment I walked into Greenlight Bannister, Becky completely turned it around. She greeted me right away with a warm smile and genuine kindness. I was having issues with my debit card, and she stayed patient the entire time while helping me sort it out. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed—just handled everything calmly and professionally.
