This place is 50/50 on service, product and attitude...It really depends on who you get as your budtender...Im a vibes person and some of the budtenders here are just unfriendly! My last visit hit my limit for attitude and bad service...the dude even wanted to argue on the new laws about having my mmj in my car. Tysm for wanting to mansplain the laws to me. I was over twice this dudes age and have been a mmj patient for 10yrs in 2 different states. Why bring up an update to a law I am fully aware of when Im picking up product and obviously will be driving home with it? So ridiculous and unnecessary! Also this places weed is just soso..the only real thing they have going for them is the 24hr thing...and its the only reason they still get some of my business. I dont understand why these places have to hire people only in their 20s...Try hiring A polite and experienced older person occasionally...you might even get more business. The only reason I would send someone to your establishment now is if it was 2am. Not a horrible establishment by any means, gorgeous store...great gummies, and ok weed...just be aware that the service will vary.

They're all so friendly and they have the largest inventory I've ever seen. It's all organized and neat and clean. I'm a socially awkward person and they put me at ease. Even their prices are competitive. Bottom line: it was fast and easy to get what I want. And it's open 24/7 so if you run out some night you can get what you want! Not a single person was ever rude to me. Definitely recommend this place they have everything!! Update: After going there for months, I van truly. Stay they bust they a$$ to help you.

I had an experience with one of their employees Ethan that wasn’t all too good, but when I got in touch with Abigail she was very kind and listened to me intently. She had the footage of the interaction reviewed and had a meeting with the employees to make necessary changes. I feel overall everything was resolved in a professionally and courteous way. I will be returning.

Erin was absolutely helpful and so sweet during my first time in there! This was the biggest selection I've ever seen and having her help talk through everything and not only stay on top of it but kept up a conversation with me(I'm a gabber). I will definitely be back. Especially if she's there.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Norman last year and have never ever been disappointed! I’m not the most knowledgeable with smoking as I am not a social smoker but the workers here are the nicest and most helpful people ever and always find me what I need!! One night my battery decided to stop working and I didn’t have much money so I asked for a battery under $15 and since they didn’t have any and saw that I was having a rough time they gave me a leftover battery from one of the brand events (literally made my night) Plus they do fundraisers for pet pantries :)

Thanks to their price raising about a year ago, I was able to discover better prices and products down the street at Danks! Your prices are a little too High Society for me...
