Do vape shops open the vape you purchase before you leave?
My first time and last time here.
I went in wanting a vape. I came in picked the one I wanted and the blonde guy with piercings on his face scanned it and as I was paying he opens the box, the plastic sleeve and then the tab covering the air input. I asked him what he was doing. I was kinda of in shock and weirded out, He said he was opening it so I could test it. I went to my car to leave but I didn’t feel right about it. So went back and asked if I could get an unopened vape and he said no that I should have told him I didn’t want that. And I said I would never think to ask that since this has never happened to me before. He proceeded to say it was normal and every vape shop does that. This has never been the case for me and any other shop. You should be confidant that the brands you carry on your shelves don’t have faulty batteries. I understand wanting me to try it before I leave to some extent but let me open it myself and explain the store policy before you start ripping into an item I just purchased. He did the exact same thing to another customer behind me. And to add to that his hygiene was poor. Extremely bad vibes + rude and not understanding or informative.

I couldn’t have found a greater resource. Varyan A, owner, helped me reconstruct my brand new Geek Vape box mod. It wasn’t firing up. I’m going with box mods, although the shop is also stocked with all sorts of fun disposables, hookahs, beautifully crafted glass pipes. I texted Varhan A first. He had me come down. It’s in my neighborhood. We figured out the issue. He made some calls to his vape associates. I’d have what was needed the next day. He’s calm, kind & patient. You should go here. Great experience.
