I bought a pack of Durban poison auto flower seeds planted 3 about 3 days ago and there looking so good I highly recommend getting your seeds here I'll add photos as it progresses

After many years of shopping at this store I noticed an immediate change to the worse after they hired a new manager. The store became very unfriendly and not customer-oriented. I purchased a mod 2 days ago. Tried to exchange it today (new and unopened) and got refused despite the receipt clearly stating that mods could be exchanged within 30 days (see picture). Talked to the manager - she was curt and antagonistic and refused the exchange as well. She lied about a "law" that the product cannot be exchanged after it leaves the store. Will not be buying from them again. I hope this meaningless demonstration of power was worth losing a long-standing customer.

Shawn reached out to me and we came to an agreement. I understand that returns are painful for small businesses and generous return policies are easily abused by customers, but they are necessary evil in retail. Making return policies clear is a must and I'm glad Shawn addressed it. Stores' ability to resolve issues and react to customers feedback has a big value to me, therefore I'm updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars.
