BEAWARE!!! BEWARE!!! - Horrible experience! I have been going there for a couple of months since they are so close. I purchased a Scar 5 and did not realize it needed a battery. I walked right back in and the clerk "Jo" so he said his name was? said "Yes, it needs a battery!" I advised that I would not have made the purchased if I had known that. He then stated "Well, you didn't ask!" I then asked for my receipt and he advised, since I left the store, he couldn't provide me with a receipt??? He then offered me a battery for a discount (which was regular price). I asked him about the discount and he stated, "There is a $29 batter you can buy, so I can sell you the $10 battery instead! What type of discount is that? I was not asking for anything free! Either a refund and return the pen, or a receipt and I could contact the manufacture to see if I could make a trade or get a credit on my next purchase from the manufacture. I would not recommend anyone wasting there time or money at this store!

I bought a product here that was no good. Tried to return less than 2 minutes later, the young guy says “can’t return because it’s open”. Huh!!! I just got it and it’s no good!😤
