This is one of the first medical dispensaries in PA i’ve been to, and I am thrilled with the customer service and selection Liberty has. I was first greeted by Hailey and Dong, who not only made me feel welcomed but with some laughs too! they also effortlessly explained how all of the recent deals and promotions going on in the store, without making me feel overwhelmed by choice but helped guide me in the best direction for my treatment goals. The store is clean, the service was efficient, and everything is made super easy with the online ordering process and app. Overall, I am really happy with the customer service I experienced and the selection of products to choose from. Can’t wait to make Liberty my newest go-to!!!

Usually have pretty good service. Best deals. But was sold wrong amount and fell out of 2 weeks of return before I opened it. Was told on the phone to just mention it and they would try and do something for shorting me half of what I was owed. Today the lady was snippy and annoyed about me checking the weights before accepting them even though I was told on phone I could. I pass 3 other shops to go here but that may end soon if I get treated like a city crackhead for asking to check

The best dispensary I have been to. I go very often and the employees remember my name. Very professional, clean, good prices and great deals. Definitely worth stopping in!

My best health advocates work at Liberty. My chronic arthritis is treated by 2 experts, Pete and Sue. They have recommended products that have alleviated my ongoing pain. It’s so beneficial that I’ve reduced my pain medication. Thank YOU!!

Honestly, I can go on for paragraphs and paragraphs about how good, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, speedy/accurate with orders & thoughtful the employees that i have ever interacted with at the dispensary have been more than impressive and informative they are. They are always on point with recommendations & ways to save the customer (me,) so much more $$ than i would have saved, opposed to how much the order would have been if i tried to do it all myself. I don’t know everyone’s names that work here and that have been overly helpful and generous with their time with me. During This visit to the dispensary, Jackie ( i hope i spelled it the right way,) remembered the amount of physical pain I always am in, due to a conversation we had together, two months ago, which she used the memory of, to direct me to the better Sand product for the $$ & helped me by telling me going from .5g’s to 1g, was only a $6 difference. Who wouldn’t love that kind of personal assistance?!? If that isn’t on point, i’m not sure what would be. Also, the young lady at the register was more than helpful too. I was peppering her with questions about products, prices, what’s the best way to go to save the most, but get the most products that will help me best and dealt with several add ons for my two online orders, which I didn’t give all at once. For me, a guy whom loves marijuana and all of the intricacies of it, to come to the dispensary where you have truly kind, patient and knowledgeable staff is a treat! i Linger when i come here, usually just for the conversation and some good laughs. I mean laughter is called, “the best medicine,” but i’d argue marijuana is a close second and i get both here at Liberty Dispensary! Thank you to the staff because i know i didn’t add all the names of staff whom helped me today or last time because i don’t know all their names. The young lady at the register, whom was so patient, sweet & helpful, her employee ID number is on the photo i included with this review. I stated Jackie’s name and the older gentleman whom wears a mask all the time, i think because he was recovering from Cancer, that guy is wonderful and so Marijuana intelligent. This review is mainly about the staff and interactions with them and how they helped my outcome & final order on point for what i wanted to get and wanted to spend. Their Strane reserve flower is so so good. Lemon Maraschino is my favorite goto Strane strain of choice and you cannot beat their current price, EVER! 50% off or 6 for $115…. doesn’t get much better than that for dry leaf! Their bud hasn’t been dried out badly in several years after myself and a few ppl questioned how it was being stored in the store and in-transit, since there once was a issue with bud being so brittle, but legit in the past 3 years , i haven’t opened any overly dried out bud and on the token, even the concentrate storage got so much better to the point that it’s not melting prior to my receiving it and after that it goes right into my refrigerator, so it’s all gucci. Thank you Liberty NE Philly for having such a big heart from your employees and that you seem to only hire knowledgeable employees which is great to know. This way i always know i’m getting good and accurate help! I’ll review the strains i use via their website, if you’d like to read more. Hands down the best dispensary I've been too. Been in the program for 3 years, tried multiple spots but always ended up here. The staff became friends relatively quickly and the orders are filled even quicker. No negatives here, only the best by the best! Thanks yall!

I’ve been going here for years. I absolutely love the staff always so welcoming. Always making sure I get the best deal Definitely recommend the Krewstown Road dispensary a great family of people.

As a regular customer who routinely spends over $1,000 a month, I got home to find my Cresco PB breath flower opened already. Manager Tyler tells me there's no way to know if product was tampered with after it left the store. Management is obviously opening products and helping themselves....then selling what's left. Do NOT shop here. You may not be robbed every time, but you will indeed be robbed.

On 04/20/2024, I arrived at 7:30PM, thirty minutes before closing. I needed assistance with product information. I entered and was greeted by Jackie. She had her note pad and she not only showed me several options, she took time to explain each product that I was purchasing. She is one of the most knowledgable budtenders that I have met. And to make this visit even better, her colleague Gus assisted us with my purchase and also informed me that there were several awesome deals for me to take advantage of. I did. I have purchased products at other retailers, however, Liberty Dispensary in Philadelphia is the BEST!!
