Poor business. Barely got through the door frame and was bitten by one of the two small dogs that are normally. Tempted to file a police report or take further action so this does not happen to anyone else. 5/06/24

I can't provide an exact time this happened. The incident did occur on 5/06/24. The date previously posted. The appropriate action would be to not have animals in the establishment whatsoever to avoid this. It's sad that it takes two months for a response from some sort of management. Again, this business is terrible. I know many people that have unfortunate experience with this establishment.
: I would try looking at the cameras between about 11am and 3pm on that day and I'm sure you will find what you need. The customer that walked in, was bit, then proceeded to turn around and walk out because there was no visible staff anywhere in the premises when this occurred.

Rude to my mother and did not give her license even though she paid…
When she calls to get it fixed or a refund she gets screamed at and talked to as if she is dumb. They tell her to come in - in person and they can talk about it. But after being hung up on multiple times the way the employees and “manager” talked to her and now being blocked on Facebook she feels it’s not even worth it.

Extremely unprofessional and sketchy. Do not recommend for your needs unless you want to pay for NOTHING but stress.

You can keep deleting the posts telling the truth about your business but it will get out there.

*was told we’d receive a refund via Venmo (the way we paid) and over a week later- still nothing*
