Patty gives the best massages. She works on trigger points, and I had several there were quite painful. Patty worked out all of the painful spots, and I am able to move much easier, without pain! Lotus Be Well is a wonderful resource to really take care of yourself and help you overcome the trials in life that hold us back (whether physical or emotional). I have improved so much since I first started coming in April. I highly recommend doing a wellness protocol with Trish. Everyone is very helpful and easy to work with.
