He has a wonderful female employee who is knowledgeable and helpful when he isn't available. I love that I can go in and find what I want easily or I can ask about things and either one of the employees will help me with a smile or a joke. I can also request things because I have been going there for a long time and they will help order it for me if they can. This is definitely my preferred choice when I need tobacco products like cigars, cigarettes, or a vape.
