I come to Mello all the time usually just picking up an online and 9/10 Terence is the one to help! He’s always kind, friendly and overall an awesome vibe, and that’s just from the normally short time we interact. I can only imagine how great he is at helping others and spreading his positive energy! Great employee!!

They were very patient with me, they took their time answering all my questions they confirmed that what I had picked out was appropriate given my circumstances the delivery was exceptional. The driver was on time, polite, gentle spirit, very non-rushed considerate person. I am definitely going to be a customer for life.
