I truly love the products that this company sources and the prices are decent. Unfortunately, this company has spent zero money on customer service as they don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. I am more than aware of the supply chain issues and labor shortages but waiting three weeks for an email after following up twice is excessive and a sign of a poorly run business. This is the third time we've waited excessively long times for product that is "in stock" as we ordered on 5/5/22 and the order is still "pending". Do yourself a favor and just order from any one of the thousands of places that can get you product faster, same price, and at the same quality. We've been buying from them for two years but the utter lack of communication is mind boggling.
