Nature’s Presence

Called and they told me they had steaks available. I drive 40 minutes. Waited 10 in store. And they say they are out of everything. Disappointed, I left and had my husband call to confirm. They told him they had sirloins, stew meat, etc. Seriously? You couldn’t have said “ We’re out of NY strip but we do have sirloins, etc. would that be something you’re interested in?” But no, I was turned away. Will never do business again.

I love this store!!! They are so knowledgeable about different products. Have a huge section of educational material. Will offer samples. Friendly! One day, I'm just going in to look at everything.
