Spent nearly 3 years as a lead pharmacy consultant, recommending OCC for renewals. Not only would I never recommend them again, I will make sure every patient I know, never uses them again.

The attitude of the woman on the phone was unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable. Then she hung up on me.
Why? I refused to consent to them to charge a $125 surcharge when I called them to correct payment information on a stolen credit card. These people are pathetic. You should be paying NO MORE than $55 for a renewal on your rec.

GO ELSEWHERE! Beware!

Straight forward and easy process from filling out the forms to scheduling your appointment. The intake person was very nice as well as the doctor. Was quick and even got in before my scheduled time.
