Terrible I would rate 0 stars I was charged 2$ for a swisher sweet I handed the person behind the counter a 5$ bill and received not only 2$ which was not the right amount of changed one of the dollar bills I received back was ripped in half and folded so I didn't notice and I ended up not being able to spend it horrible smoke shop I recommend heaven smoke shop on willow pass

It is now 8:11 in the morning very crucial point in my life right now that I need to stop at the Payless cigarette store that claims that they are open at 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from the looks of my photos you would be able to tell that, it seems to me that that is untrue.

Apparently that's how we do good business by keeping false advertisements up to get people to come to your store I mean by 8:15 you would think this place would be open if someone was running late or something you should really work on your punctuality and your eager to please customers. Usually I write you know flawless reviews praising businesses and you know promoting them and you know making sure people feel they need to go to their store, sadly that will not be the case today sorry Payless smoke shop today in my book you get a fail.
