Love these guys! Always have consistent great deals, employees are awesome. And products never disappoint. Also love their rewards for new customers. Most places give you a percentage that you can't combined with other deals, the $5 item is awesome idea

I just left the store and I am reporting the General Manager 'Jack'...I was discussing my displeasure with lack of supply and computer issues with the 2 gentlemen salesman. The gentleman were nodding in agreement with me and understood my frustration. I did not curse, raise my voice and no other customers were in store. my complaint was 1. Never supply available anymore and 2. No computer website available to order.. Legit Complaints. This man tells me not to talk to his employees disrespectfullyand I asked who he was . He identified himself and then turned his back so I could not see his ID ...I told him I was not being rude or disrespectful and he disagreed , the 2 employees are looking at me shaking their head no disagreeing with him. I told him I was reporting him and he stated he didn't care and I can take my business elsewhere. I was not rude or ugly and he was not needed to interfere with my conversation with other employees. Why would a person who is supposed management say they didn't care I reported them or want to cost the company....money telling me I can go elsewhere .. I will and can go elsewhere. This man is on a power trip BEWARE when and if you shop here ...

Awesome Location. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. This was only my second time here and I really enjoy this location and the people who work there. I think this will be my only spot from here on out. The prices and promotions or daily deals make it worth while as well. Kenny is absolutely amazing!

This is the staff tried to help. They were incredibly friendly. But the system is messed up, and I go to the dispensaries a lot in jacksonville I put it water in double verified.The order was ready called verbally.When I got down there, they couldn't tell me what I wanted even though it was there.Because the system showed they only had two of the four of what I ordered that was a three hour drive to get one specific thing.In the customer service was incredible.But sanctuaries system is not good.I really like your products for the money.But very depressed, think about three hour drive to get something, and I got half what I wanted.And it was in the cart.Verified twice by verbal also

I have been going here since they opened and love them! It has been a rough few weeks ordering online and I expect that as they switch systems. I love the new website and how it connects in the store so you can see it while checking out. Also love the new loyalty rewards program!
