Going to a dispensary can be a little intimidating when you’re not sure what you’re looking for. Shelby was sooo informative and approachable. She spent her time helping me find what I was looking for without any judgment. She even told me when to look out for sales. Thanks so much to the team!

Bought a disposable 1G cartridge and as always they told me to keep the receipt in case it’s defected. First time I’ve ever bought a cart and the taste was like a burnt coil. Hit it 4 times and brought it back the next morning on my way to work, with the receipt.

I was told I was out of luck and they were unable to help me because I kept the receipt and not the packaging it was in. They never said anything about the packaging. Has nothing to do with the money, it’s about principle of communicating properly to your patrons.

I’d more than likely drive out of my way to go to a different dispensary at this point
