I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Super Fly Dispensary, and I want to give a special shoutout to Sal for going above and beyond.

From the moment I walked in, Sal was incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain product details and even went out of his way to check if a specific item they had in stock matched what I was looking for. He brought it over, walked me through it, and made sure I felt confident in my choice.

But what truly blew me away was what happened at checkout. I ended up being one dollar short, and without hesitation, Sal reached into his own pocket to cover the difference just so I didn’t have to make a trip back to the bank. That kind of kindness and selflessness is incredibly rare these days, and I’ll never forget it.

Hats off to Sal for leading by example you don’t meet people like that every day. He turned a great dispensary into one of my absolute favorites, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of how valued I felt as a customer.

This is one of the nicest dispensaries I’ve been to in the city. Beautifully decorated and great selection. The check out system was very efficient and it wasn’t overly expensive. Will stop by any time I’m on the UWS!
