Love the products, love the staff. Jalen has great energy and always knowledgeable. Very grateful for the help but it’s a shame the company does not allow them to accept tips. Every other dispensary I go to does, so I hope the company is taking care of their employees.

I had a pretty negative experience during my visit. While there was a line of over 10 people waiting, one customer was sitting off to the side huffing and puffing instead of waiting like everyone else. When it was finally my turn, he came up angry and demanded to be helped ahead of me. Shockingly, the worker allowed him to skip me and didn’t step in to manage the situation fairly. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to see disrespectful behavior rewarded, especially when other customers were patiently waiting their turn.

The staff here are the best!! I always love coming in during the morning. They have great sales and every product I've tried is amazing. Thanks for being my go-to shop :)

Truly such a pleasant experience my first time at Surterra bud tender Sidney was extremely sweet, informative and overall so helpful! Beyond thankful and highly recommend checking them out 10/10 product aswell 🫶🏻

Listen I called December 10th at 6:13pm. I just got out of the hospital and they basically gaslit me so I called surterra right after because I have their tinctures and gels but I wasn’t sure which one would calm down the intense nausea and dizziness. Girl you literally saved my life. It’s an hour later and I can stand up for the first time since 11am. Call yall give her the keys to the city or something and tell her I love her? A raise works too. I’d say around $300k a year. Thank you so much. (It was the soothe gels yall, 10/10)

If you don’t mind clogged carts or carts that leak, then this is the place for you! Bought 6 carts here, 5 of the 6 have either leaked from the base, clogged, or had product come out of the mouthpiece. I knew there was a reason I stopped going here a long time ago and clearly they still can’t fix a problem from years ago. The quality of dispensaries in Florida is really pathetic. This location and company, Surterra, gets a 0/10 from me.

Wow! First time customer and will absolutely be back. Taylor helped me today & she was soooo friendly & knowledgeable about everything. Several other customers in the store were also giving your shop great reviews.

Taylor was amazing! It was my first time visiting Surterra Wellness and Taylor made my visit a pleasant one! She took the time to explain certain products in detail, which I appreciated very much. The Customer Service at Surterra Wellness, was excellent. I felt very welcomed. I definitely will return soon for more goodies :-)

Was in Tampa for the day and stopped by this Surterra location. Jalen was very accommodating to my requests today so that I could find the products and deals that I needed and quickly too ! They were also so helpful and gave me some awesome resources as well !! Thank u guys so much! Highly recommend !!!!!
