I love this class. The way Carrie walks through the reasons for restorative yoga makes so much sense. We're always rushing around pushing our emotions aside locking them up inside of us. When I'm done with this class, I always feel lighter and more relaxed. I've noticed I "carry" the calming lessons with me throughout the day too. That's a huge BONUS! I highly recommend this class to everyone.
And, I am so happy to help Peaceworks help women and families! That's a great exercise for the heart and soul.

My favorite place to go for me time. Taspen’s is wonderful, the instructors are all great, friendly and helpful. I love Yin yoga with Mi, Dru yoga with Teri and tonight I tried block therapy with Sabrina which I’ve been wanting to experience for a while; it was lovely and I feel wonderful. I also love many of their amazing skincare products.
