Not only do they know what they’re selling, but they actually care about the quality of product. That is so important to me, the quality of product. There are SO many shops that choose quantity over quality. Not this shop, they much rather sell product that is high quality over how much quantity they have. The prices are extremely reasonable. Also Hannah’s mannerisms are delightful, her knowledge is impeccable, and there is zero pressure to buy anything; you can tell that she just wants to help others.

I have found them to always be courteous and helpful even when they seem overwhelmed with the crowds shopping in their store. There isn't a better or more fair priced store to meet my needs.
