Beautiful store so grateful stores like this exist. Tons of variety. The smoothies were awesome and employees are very sweet and helpful! Great sales as well:)

I would give this place 5 stars except for what happened last time I was there. I called in an order for a black bean burger. The staffer in the kitchen said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Twenty-five minutes later, I show to pick up my order. Not only wasn't it ready, but the guy behind the cafe counter, the one who took my order, said he "forgot," even though he wrote it down (he showed me the slip). His assistant was willing to make it but, because I didn't have time to wait, I declined the offer. Plus, the fact that he forgot an order called in just minutes before, put me off.

I've been coming to The Natural for years, and this is the first time something like this has happened. Hopefully, it will be the last. I notice that they appear to have frequent turnover of help in the cafe. Not sure why.
