Visiting from out of town of course I see that new customers get 30% off their first purchase if they sign up on the app, I do so while in store and let the lady at checkout know. She says it’s no good and then offers me 10% instead okay better then nothing.

Couple of days later we go back, we want 5 items but our budtender could only remember 1 item at a time… as he is checking us out my friend asks for a new client discount he says we can through sign up with him at 10% or through the app for 30% off I explained that the girl told me the day before it wasn’t valid/working he says “oh well it should have been” and then we say no problem let’s do the 10% off at the counter and says “It’s too late! Here’s your total” Terrible customer service and I am by far a patient person and not one to typically complain but that was some head turning dumbassness
