Since there's no other way of getting in touch with the owner I'll do it here. I see he responds to some reviews. I've had multiple problems with the point system over the last half a year plus. Went from earing 2.5 points per dollar spent back to 2. NOBODY in store can tell me why. They don't even know if the point system changed and when it did. I've asked for the highers ups numbers and got the run around. So maybe the owner will see this and respond. I'd LOVE to have a conversation with you! I used to spend A LOT of money at your store! I do lo e the staff, but don't want to deal with a stressful transaction. Thank you for reading this. Edit: I sent you that info when i saw it about 4 or 5 days after you responded. Never heard anything back.

Been going to this location for a while. The service has been good and they have good selections. Today mistakenly purchased wax curbside, which I do not use. Did not even open the seal. Called immediately spoke with Dillon the Manager on duty and he was not helpful at all. Disappointed and will not go back. Thanks,

To begin, I’ve been shopping here for about two years now, and I’ve never had a dull experience.The staff is attentive, respectful, and kind, consistently. I want to highlight a few employees in specific though. 1st Jon, he is always in a great mood, he always seems to have the answer and great recommendations when it comes to product selection and over all he makes my experiences easy quick and pleasant. 2nd Riley, also always in good spirits And his product knowledge is unmatched.
