Since there's no other way of getting in touch with the owner I'll do it here. I see he responds to some reviews. I've had multiple problems with the point system over the last half a year plus. Went from earing 2.5 points per dollar spent back to 2. NOBODY in store can tell me why. They don't even know if the point system changed and when it did. I've asked for the highers ups numbers and got the run around. So maybe the owner will see this and respond. I'd LOVE to have a conversation with you! I used to spend A LOT of money at your store! I do lo e the staff, but don't want to deal with a stressful transaction. Thank you for reading this.
Edit: I sent you that info when i saw it about 4 or 5 days after you responded. Never heard anything back.
