Lady at the front upsold me on some system they had without telling me I needed a physical card. I agreed to it and was locked out of my purchase. Instead of giving me the product they sent a bank refund (when I asked them not to) which takes days without any proof of the refund. I’ve spent thousands at this place.

My new favorite spot! They were knowledgeable, patient, attentive and pleasant. The shop was clean and well stocked. Kyle answered all of my questions and concerns. There was a woman that helped me as well, when I find out her name I will edit this review. She was very helpful.
