Ordered online for a quick pickup and to secure i had the rewards account setup. Upon checkin verified order was ready. Showed up to the store to find out the rewards account never registered and the bud tenders could not be bothered to set it up properly. Explained to me I could do it next time. Today's order was over 100 and I really would have loved to secure the points. Unfortunately, I'll never be back! When I politely asked for the manager to secure the order points, He then got upset for inconveniencing him, bc there were about 4 people in line with 3 bud tenders. He told me I could wait to the back of the line. So embarrassing and frustrating all at the same time. Id say as a new patient here dont expect any respect or consideration for misunderstanding their process or for any technical issues they may face as a store. Also do not ask for education on products or terp profiles they will get very frustrated by you medical picking the right products. I hold a medical license in 3 states and use recreational in 5 by far a horrible experience over priced, and really, really horrible customer care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their about the money and tips not the service provided or the people 🥲 They dont honor they're curb side pickup and the lady closes the front at 745. Even if you've pre-order. Don't expect curb side pickup after 730p.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or customer service. For example today I walked in and EVERY SINGLE STAFF member greeted me with a smile and spoke welcoming me in and it’s always been that way. Ive been in the customer service industry for many years and what the staff provides here is beyond great customer service. This is coming from a local.. I come here many times a month. Thrive thank you for being consistent with model service. The products are great to top it all off!!

I've had my medical card since cannabis first became legal in Maryland, have been to several dispensaries in other states and since moving back here a year ago thrive has truly been the absolute BEST dispensary ever! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I've never had to wait long, never had a bad experience. Also the rewards and points are so amazing it seems like I get a discount almost every time I go. I LOVE my cherry achy eddies and eat them every day. I'm allowed to bring in my puppy which is so helpful and everyone always wants to give him a treat and say hi! I'm moving back to Florida soon and am going to miss thrive SO MUCH! I LOVE YOU THRIVE😭

The staff closed the door in my face with 15 minutes before closing. Why advertise a 9pm closing if you’re just going to shut the door, and then turn off the lights 15 minutes before your advertised time? I won’t shop here anymore. There are dispensaries with better selection and patient hospitality in Annapolis.

I think the experience is wonderful every time I come into thrive! Sunny is always smiling and always very helpful to anything I ask him about! Brittney is also always smiling and welcomes me every time I come in with a warm welcome. I couldn't be happier with the service from them all! 🥰

All I can say is that YOU BETTER know what you are doing. And you better know that there is one way in and one way out. If you go in the wrong way…. They WILL REPRIMAND YOU. Also, NO PHONES. Not allowed on them not even allowed to LOOK at them. I had to go outside 3 times. And again I can not stress enough that YOU NEED TO KNOW what you are doing. I did not know the procedure. Oh yeah, and whatever you do (unlike me) PLEASE don’t tell them you are there buying it for someone else!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣I do not smoke I just run errands on occasion🤦‍♀️🤣. Now the staff beside the crossing guard WARDEN, were amazing. And very helpful. And if u are a first-time customer you get 30% off❣️❣️❣️🙏🙏 that itself is enough to break any rules🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I do recommend this place. It’s very clean and inviting. As long as you know what you are doing❣️🤣🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Terrible customer service. Bought an In House cartridge and opened it at home. Never have I ever seen such a black cart. I couldn’t bring it right back with the holidays then I became ill. I came two back two weeks later and they have a 7 day policy. I was so kind and said even with the holidays and me getting sick? I kept you guys from getting sick and no exceptions. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE. Surrounding dispos are cheaper anyways with way higher quality. All I wanted was a discount or another $25 vape but yall are cheap with no heart

I absolutely love this place! I honestly travel from my home on the Eastern Shore just to shop here. The Bud tenders are incredible! The knowledge and the eagerness to discuss the product is awesome. And can I add they are no where near as bougie as the ones up the street. Here you are made to feel welcomed no matter what you wear or how your hair is done. The decor, the displays for us to see and the product other that's not directly cannabis related is very abundant. It's truly your 1 stop shop. I absolutely love this place. I also had a issue with a disposable cartridge that was handled well. As I stated I come from the Eastern Shore and had bought a vape that had gone bad at some point. I opened it at home and called the store immediately. I told them the issue and stated it would take a day or 2 to get back over to the store. They were very understanding and asked that I bring it back and they would exchange it. 4 days later, 6 days total, I went back in and exchanged with no problems. To the one who waited 2 weeks, a simple phone call might have been all you needed to avoid a bad situation. 🙃 5 out 5 stars for sure!
