I walked into Top Hat expecting another Portland elitist pot shop, and I left feeling like a part of David's family! I've never felt so close to someone that was selling me things. They have discounts that make everything MORE than affordable, and you can tell that all of the staff really enjoy their jobs. If I wasn't able to find what I wanted in their vast inventory, David was able to suggest a different shop in the area where I might find it, which showed a true investment in my satisfaction- regardless of whether or not he profited.
