I have been to Tru Essence many times now, and it is hands down the best dispensary in the Chicagoland area. Not only do they have the best prices time and time again, they are also the most friendly dispensary I have ever been to. Their whole staff is amazing! Sheryl, Debbie, Guram, and Tiffany always make me feel welcomed with how kind and easy to talk to they are. The owner is also super friendly and has a great sense of humor. If you’re looking to get baked, Tru Essence takes the cake :)

While their deals are great and often beat or match the competition, I’ve happily paid more on multiple occasions because every time I walk out, I feel better than when I came in. That feeling is entirely because of the people. Dhaval brings incredible energy and consistently top-notch customer service, and it’s clear how much value he adds to both the team and the company overall. Debbie is wonderful as well. I wish I could name everyone I’ve interacted with here, because every single person has stood out in a genuinely positive way. Honestly, one of these best dispensaries I’ve ever visited! On arrival, we were greeted by Debby, who was absolutely the sweetest. Guram was our bud tender & he was amazing! He gave us some awesome recommendations for flower/prerolls. Even stuff to do around the city! This is a must visit dispensary if you’re in/around the Chicago/Arlington area. We will be coming back! These guys are on their game. Top quality products and a beyond stellar staff. The budtenders are patient and knowledgeable. Management and security are cool folks too. If you're coming to Chicago, definitely don't miss this place. The prices are good, staff is 5 stars, and the location is in a great spot. I'll be going here every time I'm in the area.

To give them 5 stars is to cheat people of the experience, but im working with the numbers im given. So thanks for working with me! It starts with the management. Phenomenal. My previous experience with their manager was at Okay! In wheeling, where as a recent septic shock survivor, they were beyond incredibly kind. Reminding me of previous conversations, promotions, etc because I physically could not unless prompted. Thats kindness. I mentioned such because its now at Tru Essence. Its a hand picked crew of people who absolutely do what they love and it shows. I have always had a positive experience every time ive been there. If they have another outting I'll be there. Because life's kinda like Tru essence. Its a vibe. Only Tru has a track record of being a positive experience 🤣
