Tru Essence Dispensary – Arlington Heights

I have been to Tru Essence many times now, and it is hands down the best dispensary in the Chicagoland area. Not only do they have the best prices time and time again, they are also the most friendly dispensary I have ever been to. Their whole staff is amazing! Sheryl, Debbie, Guram, and Tiffany always make me feel welcomed with how kind and easy to talk to they are. The owner is also super friendly and has a great sense of humor. If you’re looking to get baked, Tru Essence takes the cake :)

While their deals are great and often beat or match the competition, I’ve happily paid more on multiple occasions because every time I walk out, I feel better than when I came in. That feeling is entirely because of the people.

Dhaval brings incredible energy and consistently top-notch customer service, and it’s clear how much value he adds to both the team and the company overall. Debbie is wonderful as well. I wish I could name everyone I’ve interacted with here, because every single person has stood out in a genuinely positive way.
