If you ever at the Trulieve off of US Highway 19 check out, Frank is a great guy always care about the patient needs. He has great customer service.

Takes 20-30 minutes in the lobby every time. Always understaffed yet they’re the largest cannabis company in the state. CEO must be making a big profit and not caring that much about the customer experience. Other dispensaries are like 5 minutes and you’re out the door with your product. Why is Trulieve so slow?
