Employees are helpful and kind. I have had a great experience every time I visit. I appreciate being able to return my purchase within 24 hours if something goes wrong. This was not the case with many stores where we used to live.

If you need to make a return, just make sure you go to the same location you purchased it. The store on Timberline has a different system so they can't do returns from the College Ave. location and vice versa.
