My husband had just lost his eye and we were heading back home from Gainesville. Called on the way in to see if the prescription was ready because he was in lots of pain. They said yes. Show up at 1:25pm. They are rolling the gates down. She sees me standing there and continues to shut them. I knocked on the window and said I just called can I please grab the prescription. She said “no we’re on lunch” I nicely said, “your lunch sign says 1:30-2 , it’s not quite 1:30 and a JUST got off the phone with you “ she told me that was not her problem and she was not going to help me. Walgreens has gone downhill. They don't seem to have anything other than blood pressure & cholesterol pills. The staff is the rudest I've ever dealt with. I'm changing all my prescriptions over to Publix. They're MUCH nicer there.
