We were greeted warmly at the door and helped with finding the kibble I needed and the treats I wanted. They even hoisted the bag of food into my car for me. Absolutely excellent.

Just left this store and wanted to give a rave review to Jaden at this store! She went above and beyond to help me figure out how to pay using apps when I forgot my wallet. This store is always great, as is Mud Bay generally, but this was exceptionally good service 🥰

Our new addition to the family is so happy with his toys, litter and food. The customer service was very informative letting us know that we get a discount for new pet additions to the family. The unfortunate part was that they didn't have spray for scratch deterrent. They had tape. But everything else was ok. Update: he's not so little anymore
