I would give it no stars except that is not an option. The website allows returns of your product, but if you go into the store, they will not refund your money even if they gave you a product that was incomplete and misrepresented.
Tea, the guy who helped me, told me this was the only product I should consider, but I was hesitant, then he told me I had 24/7 access to a person from the company of the product to assure I got the best results. That was a LIE, a recording only directs you to their website, which was not helpful. Also, I was told the open box I was purchasing was complete, when in fact it was missing half the ingredients as I found out when I got home, also, no receipt, so I had no guarantee either. The product was worthless at that point. When I returned the next day to get my money back, I had paid $50 cash for a detox kit, Tea encouraged me to use cash and I could save $10 (I found out later that most retailers and websites had it for under $30, less than half of what they were charging), he said I could not get my money back. They did not have a replacement and tried to talk me into another kit, which the night before he said would not be as good, and he downplayed that telling this kit was very good. I had to make Tea sign a receipt stating I returned the product and I did not get anything back. I was promised I would get a call from the owner the next day, and over 4 days later no contact, no money, no product, and no resolution. Do not trust what they tell you, and don't ever use cash, use your Visa or MC so you have recourse with a dishonest retailer.
