Keep getting billed for vitamins I am not ordering. The phone number does not work. Logging into my account I am unable to see these orders or the ability to delete my credit card! Emailed several time with no response.

Bottle of liquid came 1/4 full so I called to request a replacement- sending back the 1/4 full one of course. The gal informed me that I need to send a photo of the bottle to her email and have my practitioner call to make this same complaint before they will reimburse my card and/or ship a new one. An error on their part should not create this much hassle for the customer just trying to get their supplements.

I've found that the product sold by this company might be detrimental to health, as it exceeds the recommended daily limits (20,833%). Unfortunately, returns are not accepted even if the item is sealed and unopened. I'd suggest avoiding this company.

For semi truck deliveries. Quick unloading. Shipping and receiving hours are 6am to 3pm. You can park there over night.

Unfortunately, I can no longer give this company a high rating. I have used their products for years and their customer service has always been great. However, I bought two jars ($52.00+) of magnesium powder from them, anticipating to switch to the Pure product from the product I’ve used for years. Unfortunately I opened the first jar last night and their magnesium powder does not dissolve! It clumps up in a ball similar to chewing gum when mix with water. I researched Amazon reviews last night and sure enough, many bad reviews about this same problem. I called them today expecting this to be resolved (expiration dates are the end of next year and One jar has never been opened!) They would do nothing to help me. I explained that there’s obviously a problem with this product if read Amazon reviews. No avail. I was told because it’s over the return period (I was finishing up the other magnesium before opening theirs) and because she didn’t see any negative reviews in their system (I could not find a way to leave a review on their website), they didn’t believe it was a product problem. Will never order from this company again! I have been a customer of theirs for years but I just threw $52+ in the trash due to their failed product.
