Keep getting billed for vitamins I am not ordering. The phone number does not work. Logging into my account I am unable to see these orders or the ability to delete my credit card! Emailed several time with no response.

Bottle of liquid came 1/4 full so I called to request a replacement- sending back the 1/4 full one of course. The gal informed me that I need to send a photo of the bottle to her email and have my practitioner call to make this same complaint before they will reimburse my card and/or ship a new one. An error on their part should not create this much hassle for the customer just trying to get their supplements.
