Whenever I go to House of Dank, it's consistently a positive experience. I was lucky enough to get budtender Ty's card after a few visits. If you can have her help you I suggest it. Every time I go and have her help me, it is above and beyond. She knows products and quality, isn't rushing to upsell lower end items, and understands what the customer is looking for. Quality over quantity.

Love HOD, been here quite a few times. Yesterday I had an issue with my order amount, I came back in a day later and was refunded the difference in cash after they checked the cams. I had to explain myself quite a bit in-person and over-the-phone (for an error I didn’t make), which I kinda struggle with. Today I had another issue and had to dig through my trash to find and return receipt for defective product. I was patronized and scolded for attempting to receive a refund for the product I rightly paid for. I also have special needs and so while it is frequent to be patronized in this way, I still do not appreciate it. So I will be leaving this review, contacting the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency, HOD corporate, my bank to refund the transaction. "See how easy it is??" to quote your manager. Please expect a phone call from the State and from your Corporate Office regarding this experience.

HOD is great and very convenient!!!! Their staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful, especially Sarah, she helped me make up my mind on my purchase!!! She was definitely kind, funny, and sweet and I really enjoyed my visit, and I will definitely be back.....❤️ Will recommend to my friends!!!! Oh yeah and most importantly the prices are great, and the goods are A-1 👍😃🫶

Welll def a really dope LITERALLY, place ... from workers , parking lot , they offer curbside ?! For me most importantly they treated my pup so nice , greeting my gang, Kaila was really helpful, friendly , bubbly employee , and I HAD LEFT MY CREDIT CARD WALLET, they had it there ! Wow .. 👌 thank you guys

I visited for the second time today and was helped by as an associate named Caleb Storey. I explained to him my previous visit and what I had bought and how it affected me. I told him that I had a lot of questions and he told me he was alright with it and took the time to answer each one (even in some were repeats as was nervous) patiently and kindly. He brought out recommendations based on what I said. He was very kind, and I believe he went above and beyond and hoped to get him again when I visit. Even the greeter was kind with a smile as with the other employees. Would recommend visiting highly once again. I might add I even received a card after the fact I told him I was going to put a good review up which he did not have to but still was nice enough to do that for me.
