Whenever I go to House of Dank, it's consistently a positive experience. I was lucky enough to get budtender Ty's card after a few visits. If you can have her help you I suggest it. Every time I go and have her help me, it is above and beyond. She knows products and quality, isn't rushing to upsell lower end items, and understands what the customer is looking for. Quality over quantity.

Love HOD, been here quite a few times. Yesterday I had an issue with my order amount, I came back in a day later and was refunded the difference in cash after they checked the cams. I had to explain myself quite a bit in-person and over-the-phone (for an error I didn’t make), which I kinda struggle with.

Today I had another issue and had to dig through my trash to find and return receipt for defective product. I was patronized and scolded for attempting to receive a refund for the product I rightly paid for. I also have special needs and so while it is frequent to be patronized in this way, I still do not appreciate it.

So I will be leaving this review, contacting the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency, HOD corporate, my bank to refund the transaction. "See how easy it is??" to quote your manager.
