The best. Employee Kaylee has been nothing but helpful every time i come to the store for what i need. I come from an hour away in Illinois, and I will forever come back only to Smoke219, and i will ESPECIALLY get service by Kaylee when she is working. This is usually my go to spot for all my smoking accessories but today I went in for a 14mm insert and the women helping me didn't understand what I was looking for, I tried explaining to her what it looked like and what it was shaped like and she cut me off and and said I "didn't need to mansplain it to her" it was very rude and I felt pretty unwelcomed. It sucks the people here are usually awesome with great vibes and attitudes

They played Chappell Roan for me 😇 feeling blessed They have tons of vapes, batteries, pipes, bongs, rolls, and more. Never seen a shop with such a selection. Kind staff and good deals as well.

I waited hours in this store staring at the same locked case bc the workers are either too lazy to help you or too busy yapping to one of their friends by the register …. The most overhyped smoke shop. And definitely the most overpriced … they sell $5-$10 pieces of glass for $30-40 and up and then when u pay that price thinking It would be quality , it’s not … i had to rebuy the same overpriced glass piece several times in a calendar year … and easily bought dozens of them even bought a puffco but guess what it broke very quickly too Making a glass piece to hit a teenth of concentrate shouldn’t be so hard I understand it’s a business but that’s like selling broken mirrors and windows to home builders I’d rather go to happy daze in homewood at this point What’s the point of having the side room of product if u never go in there to get products out of the cases for customers There’s been more times I walk out with nothing bc I don’t want to give these greedy sheisters anymore of my money They been eating off me for wayyyyyy tooo long smh

I absolutely LOVE smoke 219, the energy the workers & the music is always on 10. One girl with blue & pink hair will always give an outstanding performance when the right song is playing. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend.
