I come from an hour away in Illinois, and I will forever come back only to Smoke219, and i will ESPECIALLY get service by Kaylee when she is working. This is usually my go to spot for all my smoking accessories but today I went in for a 14mm insert and the women helping me didn't understand what I was looking for, I tried explaining to her what it looked like and what it was shaped like and she cut me off and and said I "didn't need to mansplain it to her" it was very rude and I felt pretty unwelcomed. It sucks the people here are usually awesome with great vibes and attitudes
