Went right before close at like 21:30 which is a cardinal sin, but both ladies in there were not annoyed in the slightest. I had a bad experience with vape pen and asked for recommendations and they were both very helpful. I was sold. Great experience and great worker. Much appreciated

As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for through suggestions of their own.

I go to this store every 4 days or so, loyally. Well, I bought a disposable pen, many actually, and the last 4 have leaked from the mouthpiece and the charging ports as well. I can't use them, they're trash now. I went back in 52 hours later with all of the saved worthless products to ask for any kind of exchange or discount. $100+ down the drain. Their reply was "sorry, it's past 24 hours". I won't return there again. Beware! I was highly disappointed they couldn't at least honor something as I'm there weekly. 😔

I'm a truck driver and simply put not it's never easy for me to stop at some places but I got lucky and was able to stop here, needless to say they were extremely helpful and willing to get needs met. Which is why more I can for my local vap shop.... I definitely recommend. Thank you and and keep up the great service. I definitely appreciate it.
