I had the worst experience at this smoke shop.I’m not one to write bad reviews but this was insane. I went in and spent hundreds of dollars on stuff as i was visiting friends in the area and have no large smoke shops like that where I’m from.

One of the items was $100 and ended up being faulty. I’d never encountered that with this specific product before and so I asked for a swap out or refund. Not only did they refuse to give me either, but the staff was extremely rude about it and accused me of being a “drug addict” simply for being upset over losing $100 of hard earned money on nothing.

Also dude, you literally work at a SMOKE SHOP called “420” that sells everything from toxic vapes that cause lung damage to weird chemical mixtures for people to ingest to brass knuckles so let’s not act all high and mighty. Even if someone is struggling with addiction (and you’re providing the substances) that doesn’t give the right to rip them off and treat them badly. Do better.

ANYWAYS steer clear of this overpriced, fraudulent and unkind establishment. You’re better off going to Happy Smoke down the road. We found just about everything to be 20% cheaper and with employees that had actual customer service skills.

They sold me half of a 2 pack for the full face value. It said 7000mg’s on the packaging, and I bought it. The guy made me test it before I left the store too.

It took getting home and looking at it and the packaging again to realize it wasn’t a 7000mg vape, like the big bold print all over it said, the smaller print said it was half of a two-pack.

I couldn’t tell why the packaging looked so rough along one edge, it’s because it wasn’t supposed to be separated until the consumer gets it. Once I looked at the fine print (shown in photos) I realized it was a scam.

I went back to exchange it, just not happy with the purchase, and wanting to get my regular. The lady was nice enough to exchange for the one I usually get, and let me keep the singled-out part of the two-pack (there was even an uneven number when she checked the case). The guy made me test it before I left when I got scammed, so it was used anyway.
