I’ve been a regular customer at this shop for a while now, and while I appreciate the convenience and selection, I feel compelled to share some feedback to help improve the experience.

First, every time I walk in, the greeting is rushed and transactional—“What can I get you?” While I understand the intention might be to assist quickly, it feels impersonal and doesn’t create the welcoming atmosphere you’d expect when walking into a community-focused shop. A more customer-friendly introduction, such as “Welcome! Let me know if you have any questions or need assistance,” would go a long way in making the experience more inviting.

Second, I’ve noticed a lack of depth in the knowledge shared about the products, especially when it comes to kratom. Customers who use kratom often rely on accurate information to make informed choices about their health and preferences. Statements like “our house blends are just old stuff mixed together, which is why they’re so cheap” not only feel dismissive but also make the product appear low-quality. If that’s the case, it might be worth reconsidering how these blends are presented—or ensuring staff are trained to discuss them with more care and professionalism.

I’m sharing this feedback because I enjoy supporting this shop and want to see it thrive. Small changes to improve customer interactions and product knowledge would make a huge difference in creating a more positive and trustworthy shopping experience.
