Worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s been two weeks since I ordered from them. I have no update on when my product will arrive. Batch won’t reply to my emails, don’t answer their phone, and their voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. I’m being told by DHL that they have no confirmation of my product being shipped through them and I need to contact the merchant. Well, the merchant wont help!

EDIT: Finally received contact from Batch customer service. Order was refunded and new order sent by priority. Amended review from 1-star to 3-stars.

The product itself seems to work; but the balm is very gritty when applying and isn’t smooth at all. Did I just get a bad batch? Very greasy too and hard to wash off your hands.
