I'm a long-time and frequent customer. The service here is amazing. But recently the products I have bought have been defective, I'm guessing from improper storage. I understand mistakes happen, but this has been too frequent. Make sure you check your stuff before you leave.

Sad to say, I was very disappointed. I went to all 3 stores, and I ended up buying 2 16dollar ecigs. The first one lasted 5 hours, and the second wasn't long lasting either. Normally, 800 puffs will last me 2 days. If you all wish to get in touch, please do. I am so disappointed

The taller guy with long hair (I didn’t catch his name) is super helpful and knowledgeable — while not feeling condescending or know-it-all-y. Great experience has had me coming back repeatedly.

Clean, professional and large inventory of all items smoke related. The sales guy joe helped out a ton picking out a good flavor and making sure everything worked. Definitely recommend this store !
